RETURN PROCESS
1. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@toonfetti.com with the following details:
• Order Number
• Clear images or videos of the defective or incorrect product
• Unboxing video (if available) for damage claims
2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a return pickup or guide you on how to return the product.
3. The returned item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
• Replacement: If the product is faulty, we will provide a free replacement of the same item.
• Refund: If a replacement is not available, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
