SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. We ship through registered courier companies for all domestic orders within India.

2. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.

3. The estimated delivery date for your order will be provided at the time of order confirmation. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not considered working days.

SHIPPING CHARGES

1. Shipping and handling charges may vary depending on the product size, volume, packaging, and the destination.

2. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout once you provide your shipping details.

DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

1. Duties and taxes for international orders are not included in your order total and are in addition to any shipping charges paid at checkout.

2. Most countries charge import duties and taxes, which vary depending on the destination country and product category.

3. Customers are responsible for paying the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx, etc.) upon delivery.

4. For international orders, kindly email us at support@toonfetti.com with the subject “INTERNATIONAL ORDER” to proceed with your purchase.

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

1. All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Noida, U.P., India.

2. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and shipping agency details.

2. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the shipping company’s website.

NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY

1. Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts before returning the package to us.

2. Please ensure that the shipping address is complete and accurate, including the zip code and a valid mobile number for smooth delivery.

1. For domestic orders within India, we accept:

• Net Banking options across leading banks.

• UPI & Wallet Payments.

• PayU as our third-party payment gateway.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select orders.
