Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Toon Fetti, we ensure that every product is crafted with care and delivered in the best condition. However, since our products are specially designed and customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
RETURN POLICY
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns only in the following cases:
✅ The product received is damaged, broken, or defective upon delivery.
✅ The product received is incorrect (wrong item shipped).
RETURN PROCESS
1. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@toonfetti.com with the following details:
• Order Number
• Clear images or videos of the defective or incorrect product
• Unboxing video (if available) for damage claims
2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a return pickup or guide you on how to return the product.
3. The returned item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
• Replacement: If the product is faulty, we will provide a free replacement of the same item.
• Refund: If a replacement is not available, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
❌ Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
❌ Orders where the return request is made beyond 48 hours of delivery.
❌ Minor color or design variations due to screen differences (as these do not qualify as defects).
❌ Custom-made or personalised products.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Order Cancellations Before Dispatch:
• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them by emailing us at support@toonfetti.com with your order details.
• After this period, orders cannot be canceled as they are already in processing.
2. Order Cancellations After Dispatch:
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
• If your order is already in transit, you can refuse delivery, and the refund (if eligible) will be processed once the product is returned to us.
3. Refund for Canceled Orders:
• If your order is eligible for cancellation, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
