At Toonfetti, we offer refunds in the form of wallet credit, original payment avenue or
replacement in case of:
- Damaged products
- Wrong items received
- Manufacturing defects
Refund Process:
Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
Once verified, we’ll process your refund.
Note:
Refunds are not applicable for sale or customized items; sale items and customized products
are non-refundable.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges:
Eligibility:
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
received.
Time Frame:
Please raise a return/damages or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Once received the request we will deliver new product in 7 business days.
Conditions:
o Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
o Clear unboxing video is mandatory for processing damage/defect claims.
Non-Returnable Items:
o Items bought during sale or promotions.
Refund will be credited in 7 business days to the original bank account.
Process:
1. Drop us a message on Instagram @toonfettiofficial or email us at
support@toonfetti.com with your order details and unboxing video.
2. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return/exchange process.
3. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed.
Important:
Return shipping charges (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer unless it is a fault from our end.
Toonfetti reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy conditions.
